Thank you for considering being an exhibitor for the 2018 EMS Rendezvous. If you are new or a returning vendor, we have a few reminders for the upcoming conference.
Move in times for vehicles is Thursday, April 12th from 2-3 and for booths April 12th from 3-6. Please make sure to be on time, especially if you are bringing a vehicle. Move out time is Saturday, April 14th at 1:00 pm. Please refrain moving out until then.
Due to Event Center Policies no drones or remote control vehicles are allowed in the Event Center.
Due to the adult subject matter of some of the content, this event is not suitable for children.
The vendor hall set up is subject to change. The website and committee will keep you updated on any changes that affect your booth space.
If you are selling items at the Rendezvous, please email your sales tax ID number to email@example.com
Refunds are given with a 30% processing fee until February 1st. After February 1st, there will be no refunds.
Cancellations must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The exhibit fee includes admission to the exhibit hall and tickets for the banquet. Exhibit personnel may attend all functions in the Exhibit Hall. If you are interested in attending the awards banquet on Saturday, April 12th please let the registration desk know by Friday how many from your group will be attending.
Exhibitors may also attend education sessions at no charge and for no CEUs. Representatives who would like to receive CEUs, are able to register for the EMS Rendezvous at a discounted price. The maximum of four (4) individuals for each booth space, even if an extra booth is purchased. If you are interested in having more than four representatives, there is a 15.00 fee per extra person.
