About this Conference

A conference for EMS leaders in our state to learn about operating a successful EMS service.  This conference is made possible through a partnership with the Division of Emergency Medical Systems, the UND Center for Rural Health Flex Program, and the North Dakota EMS Association.

  •        Conference Topics include: Recruitment and Retention, Strategic Planning and Grant Writing, Mentorship in EMS, Continuous Quality Improvement Programs, EMS Billing, Reimbursement and Documentation, the Future of our EMS system, and much more!

The registration fee is $75.00 to cover the costs of meals, snacks, and facility rental.  All other costs are provided through a grant from the ND Flex Program.   A registration fee of $100.00 will apply for those who register on-site at the conference.  If you must cancel your registration you can do so prior to 5pm on May 31st. If you are NOT a member of the ND EMS Association the in advance registration fee is $100 and on site is $125.00.  Complete registration details and the cancellation policy can be found in the brochure.

2018 Travel Information:

All conference sessions and room accommodations will be held at the Ramada Bismarck Hotel (near Interstate 94).  Click here to learn more about the Ramada Hotel.  The "NDEMSA" room block will have 40 rooms available the night of June 4th.  Due to the conference starting at 1:00pm on June 4th only a limited number of rooms will be available on June 3rd.
