EMS Sustainability Project 

The EMS Sustainability Project for North Dakota is a collaborative effort between the ND EMS Association, ND Department of Health, and the UND Center for Rural Health.  The overall project goal is to build a stronger and more efficient EMS system across our state through system planning and coordination.  The activities over the next several months include;

• A survey link distributed to each ambulance service to assess the current status of EMS,
• Interviews with EMS stakeholders, community leaders, and others from across the state,
• Listening summits to present the survey tool information and gather additional feedback,
• Development of an EMS Vision 2025 using the data and information compiled

The survey tool is the first element of the sustainability project and we strongly encourage you and your service to participate in this survey.  The surveys will be tabulated by the Center for Rural Health at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Your responses are anonymous, and you may skip any question you do not want to answer.  Your answers will be combined with other responses and reported only in total.
